Despite its central location it was quiet at night. However, a few things to be aware of - the property was not well maintained. Cleanliness was poor, with dust, many dead bugs around and a lot of mould in the shower. We didn’t bother using the kitchen. The listing said it had a microwave, but it did not. Neither did it even have a toaster or a tv (though the listing hadn’t specified these). The kitchen equipment was a bunch of chipped mismatched plates, cups and glasses and there was a lot of broken random stuff around - like bits of a fan, a fly screen, bits of shelves. The furniture was uncomfortable and stained. The apartment is booked through a rental company which has a very annoying automated process to deal with. Whilst the location was fantastic, all things considered this apartment was like a student dorm and we wouldn’t stay again. ##### Lisa S. The property vented well but many if not most windows lacked screens. The bathroom sinks leaked and were not usable. The property had fans to cool it down but none of the 4 fans were operational. The washer / dryer were the biggest reason we rented the property. But the washer and dryer were located in a common area outside of another apartment. This should be disclosed as it impacts the usability of the space. ##### Steve B. Séjour de 2 nuits en août 2025 ### 6/10 – Acceptable #### Alexandra Clivia H. 17 août 2025 Points forts : Propreté Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig und sauber geputzt. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Allerdings stört es sehr, dass das Sofa einen solchen dreckigen Bezug hat, dass man sich nicht draufsetzen wollte. Wir haben es nicht genutzt, sondern sind nur am Tisch gesessen. Auch die beiden Sessel hatten Flecken. Neben dem einen Bett sind an der Wand große (Schimmel?)Flecken. Wir haben uns dadurch unwohl gefühlt. Der fehlende Fernseher hat uns nicht gestört. Wenn es draußen um 30 Grad gibt, schwitzt man sehr die Nacht über, weil Fenster zu Innenhöfen gehen und kein Durchzug zustande kommt.
