"We came at the end of the season and found some services lacking. Two of the three restaurants was still opened but had limited food, servers, and times. Pros: Has a gas station on the property Has a supermarket on property Has two restaurants in the main building Has a nice gift shop Has a comfortable lobby with WiFi Beds were comfortable and linens were great Bathroom toiletries were supplied Elevator Parking is close to the unit Refrigerator and a Keurig machine in room Nice, large room, even had a fireplace, recliner, couch, balcony for river view Cons Restaurant had limited hours, food and staff Lounge and restaurant have the same menu and prices Gas is very expensive No microwaves in the room, when I asked if we could use one, I was instructed to go ask the supermarket Restaurant can be accessed through the gift shop, but after 7:00, you have to walk outside. They will only use the main lobby entrance after 7:00 pm which requires you to walk around the entire hotel and parking lot. (Even though they have a door that can access the restaurant from the 2nd building) Couldn’t use fireplace since it was close to the end of the season."

"The property was beautiful but the room wasn't very clean. Carpet stained, grime where floor meets wall, dusty moldings. No mirror in room, only in bathroom which made getting ready more challenging. Only 1 outlet which was loose on wall and heavier cords wouldn't stay in it, so charging electronics was a challenge."

"There are many choices of hotels and motels in West Yellowstone of where to stay. We were happy with our choice. Kelly Inn was close to the center of town and within easy walking distance of restaurants and shopping. It was clean and quiet. The staff was friendly. We had trouble finding a parking spot close to our building one night, and had to park in a lot behind another building, but the hotel was full, which is good. We would stay there again if we plan another trip to Yellowstone Park."

"Overall a great place to stay and great base for exploring the Old Faithful area. The lodge is great, good amenities, including a good bar and grill and the staff were polite, helpful and attentive. The only issue we had was that the rooms were quite noisy, with next doors snoring heard clearly and the plumbing making it sound like next doors shower was in our room. Despite this, we would stay again."
