Beautiful, large area (500 sq feet) perfect for the relaxing getaway. This is a ground floor suite with no steps! Private. Queen sized bed plus queen sized sleeper sofa with top of the line mattresses. 55 in television with Showtime. Small kitchenette area with sink, refrigerator, microwave, and Keurig. Tastefully decorated. Back patio overlooking the woods. Large hot tub. This is the perfect place to unwind. Nearby attractions include the Covered Bridge Festival, Little Italy Festival, County Fairs, 20 minutes from Indiana State University, and 30 minutes from downtown Terre Haute. 30-45 minutes from Raccoon Lake State Recreation Area, Turkey Run State Park, or Shades State Park (Waveland) where there is a large variety of activities to partake in-- beautiful hiking trails, canoeing, kayaking, fishing, picnic areas, swimming, boating, and much more! An hour and a half from Indianapolis. Be our guest! For an additional charge, there's an upstairs unit available for larger parties. Not suitable for children.

Host was incredible from phone calls to text to walking me through the whole place and explaining how everything works instead of just a binder. Its a beautiful experience and the little towns around have the cutest stores food and taverns. Will most definitely be back! Better book they fill up fast!

This place was amazing! Tony and Lisa were excellent hosts! Always respond very quickly to messages, and answer any questions you have. It was very clean, and well stocked. Such a quiet, peaceful area. With many things to do close around the area. Everything was perfect. And Tony even met us at the place and showed us everything, And how it all worked. The hot tub was the star of the show! As well as the massage chair. And the stars were so beautiful and clear. They supply with plenty of extra firewood too. Bring extra drinking water, even though they do supply some, as it’s well water. Also, just be careful, the shower floor can get slippery, especially with soap. The kitchen has everything minus a stove, so bring a portable stove with, like we did. They stock a lot for you such as coffee (it’s a Keurig), towels, toilet paper, paper towels, plates and utensils. Basically everything! There was also a hair dryer in the bathroom. Love the country. Hated to leave!

Our 12th Wedding Anniversary

We had an amazing time at the getaway. So peaceful and quite. It was really clean and relaxing. Close to restaurants and shops. We ate at Gerrys Italian restaurant and it was wonderful food and we didnt have to go far to find anything if we needed too. Athough it rained off and on we were still able to enjoy the Hot Tub and have a Fire. Thank you for Hospitality and this hidden gem. Definitely give this stay 10/10. We hope to be back and bring some friends. able to tenjoy the hot tub and have a fire.

Relaxing getaway!

We celebrated a milestone birthday as a couple. The property was just as described, very private from the other unit on the property, as well. It reminded us of our home property, actually, so we truly enjoyed the tranquil country scene. Hot tub was clean & relaxing. We grilled, visited the Terre Haute casino & ate one meal out. (The Terminal, excellent) We felt that we had everything we needed within the studio. Hosts are very responsive and it’s easy to travel to nearby cities, covered bridges, etc.

Tony and Lisa are great hosts, and the place was very clean!

We stayed for a Valentine’s day getaway and it was amazing! The hot tub was especially great and Tony and Lisa were amazing communicative hosts! :) this was our second time staying with them and I could definitely go back for a third time!

first thing i noticed when i walked in is how clean it is! it smelled amazing, the sheets smelt amazing, i absolutely recommend this place! the hotub was also just perfect and this would be a great place to stay and relax after hiking. will definitely be coming back.

Great stay in beautiful Indiana country

We celebrated a birthday in this beautiful place! The hideaway cabin was the perfect size for us and it felt incredibly homey and cozy. The hot tub was perfect and we had an absolute blast. Couldn’t have had a better birthday weekend so close to home! The hosts were incredibly kind and informative and we had privacy and were completely relaxed the entire weekend! Highly recommend this property
