Most hotel in Japan give you a very limited time frame in terms of breakfast we had only the option at 7 or 8 which is quite early if your on vacation. We could not make it because my husband had to work at that time. They are also very strict on the checkout time. The service eas good and the first person who greeted us was very nice and really took the time to take us to our room and explain everything to us. We had a private onsen, which was nice and the room did not feel as dated as the rest of the hotel. The food was ok but we have come ro realize that a Kaiseki style dinner is not really our thing although we are not really picky eaters and love Japanese cuisine. Again the service was excellent at the restaurant though. I was worried because there were few Korean reviews, but the facilities were clean and the kaiseki was delicious. They supported me with round-trip taxi fare to Gero Station, so I moved comfortably.
