« This was one of the best rentals I have ever stayed in in my life- and I have travelled a lot! Often when you rent a place, upon arrival you discover that the photos were taken at a misleading angle, or that something about the place is not really as nice as it was spelled out to be. The opposite of that is the case with this place! It was spacious, comfortable, the view truly is breathtaking and it was spotlessly clean. « Localisation du gîte qui permet de rayonner à moins de 10kms via les départs en ferry de Laveno(stresa,îles Borromées...).Les petits plus,un but pour le foot et baignade au lac,en bas du village avant le petit déjeuner et/ou avant l'apéro le soir(bar/resto très sympa).Malgré la proximité du carrefour et circulation,semaine super. A savoir, les propriétaires habitent juste au -dessus mais ils sont calmes et sympas. Semaine géniale,le Lac Majeur est magnifique et apaisant! »

"The only thing that saves this hotel is the spa and breakfast. The hotel room had not been cleaned properly prior to us checking in. There were cigarette butts graciously left on the balcony, things left in the bedside table drawer, no hand soap by the sink, only lotion, one bathrobe and two towels for 3 people checking in. Hotels are usually disappointing and this hotel is the same - disappointing with nothing but a “sorry”. Hand soap was requested two times but did not receive it. "Nous avons passé un séjour absolument merveilleux dans cet hôtel. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec une grande gentillesse par le personnel, souriant, disponible et prêt à rendre service. L’ambiance générale est chaleureuse et conviviale, ce qui met immédiatement à l’aise. La chambre était impeccablement propre et bien équipée. La literie était confortable. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié le mini bar à disposition dans la chambre et la petite attention de la bouteille d’eau fraîche pour le départ en voiture. Le petit-déjeuner était un véritable régal, avec un large choix de produits frais, variés et savoureux. Il y en avait pour tous les goûts et tout était préparé avec soin. La localisation de l’hôtel est idéale : proche de tout, mais suffisamment calme pour garantir un séjour reposant. En résumé, un établissement que nous recommandons les yeux fermés à tous ceux qui recherchent confort, tranquillité et qualité de service."
