Le domaine des Granges Bas  
Bienvenue au «Chalet des Bleuets», véritable nid douillet à Gérardmer, à 4 km du centre-ville et 1.7 km du lac par chemin de randonnée. Au cœur d’une grande propriété, havre de paix, chalet de 120m2 sur 2 niveaux, fonctionnel et cosy, comprenant 5 chambres, 3 salles d’eau, 2 toilettes et accès wifi.  
Au 1er étage, profitez d’un grand séjour avec cuisine ouverte toute équipée. A cet etage se trouvent une chambre double avec salle de bain attenante, une chambre pour 4 personnes avec 2 lits superposés, une salle de jeux juste en face et enfin une toilette.  
Le séjour donne accès à une très agréable et grande terrasse sur pilotis aménagée avec salon de jardin, table d’extérieur, vue sur le jardin et la forêt.  
Au rez-de-jardin, vous trouverez une salle de bain avec jets, une chambre double avec évier, une pièce à vivre (salon/salle de jeux), une chambre avec un lit double, une chambre avec deux lits jumeaux, une salle de douche, une buanderie avec toilette, machine à laver et enfin, un accès vers le garage.  
Le jardin privé vous permettra de profiter d’une cuisine d’été, d’un barbecue, terrain de pétanque, balançoire, trampoline.  
Situé sur un domaine de 4 ha boisé, c’est un véritable havre de paix avec vue sur la montagne. La propriété possède des moutons, des poules, un étang de pêche clôturé, un grand terrain plat pour le foot, le badminton, des tables de ping pong, un terrain de pétanque.  
Nos atouts :  
Idéal pour les groupes d’amis, regroupements familiaux, réunions d’entreprises ou autres, soirées autorisées.  
Si vous êtes plus de 12 personnes, possibilité de louer la ferme des Jonquilles (15p) ou la ferme des Brimbelles (9p) qui se situent sur le même domaine.  
Accès et parking:  
Maison indépendante, en gestion libre, située sur un domaine de 4ha.  
Les accès jusqu’au chalet seront déneigés en hiver. Pneus hiver obligatoires dans la région du 1er novembre au 31 mars.  
Places de parking juste devant l’entrée.

Le quartier des Granges Bas, dans la commune de Gerardmer, situé en lisière de forêt, au calme mais proche (5min) du centre ville, du lac et de toutes les commodités. Nombreuses balades en forêt à proximité et balades/randonnées VTT.  
Chemins de randonnée à proximité, mais nécessité d’avoir une voiture pour les autres déplacements.

\- CHAUFFAGE et EAU CHAUDE : sur relevé des compteurs.  
\- MENAGE : 150€  
En option:  
\- LINGE DE MAISON : possibilité de louer des parures de lits (lit simple 10€, lit double 15€ - ce tarif comprend les lits faits à votre arrivée) et des serviettes de bain (5€ par personne - ce tarif comprend 1 grande et 1 petite serviette)
