Unwind in comfortable bedrooms, whip up meals in the fully equipped kitchen, or relax in the cozy living room. With 2 bathrooms, free spacious driveway parking, and easy access to local attractions, this is your ideal getaway spot! Ridesharing/Taxi: Easily arrange ridesharing services or hail a taxi for quick and convenient transportation to specific destinations or for exploring areas beyond walking distance. ➤ My place does come with heating and A/C, but I can\`t promise you\`ll hit that comfy spot if your ideal temp is below 17 or above 25 degrees Celsius. And, you know how it is with short-term rentals – folks are always coming and going. So, I can\`t guarantee a flawless run all the time because, truth be told, some guests tend to go overboard and push the systems to the point where repairs are needed. ➤ Unfortunately, I can\`t offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee. Please take a moment to go over my booking policies and confirm your understanding. Be sure to send a message indicating you have read and agree to the rules. 1\. There is no front desk as this is a house property. Please contact me via Airbnb messenger for any questions. 2\. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited on the property, including the balcony if there is one. ($400 fine for smoke odor removal) 3\. Please be cautious of noise, especially after 9 pm. Noise complaints are not tolerated and may result in full deposit charges. You may be asked to leave with no refund. 4\. No additional guests are allowed in the home past the indicated number on your booking confirmation. This rule is to prevent large gatherings & parties and be fair to guests who do pay the extra fees. Third-party bookings are not allowed. 5\. The property must be maintained in good condition with no excessive mess. Extra cleaning costs may apply if necessary so we can effectively prepare for the next guests. 6\. Please note that check-out time is by 11 am and keys must be placed as instructed. I often accommodate late check-outs if I know in advance, but last-minute changes may result in a $50 charge per each additional half-hour stay. 7\. All bookings require the Primary guest\`s photo ID and the complete names of the guests above 18 years of age. 8\. Lost keys/fob is a $300 fee to reimburse time, parts, labour, and administration involved. 9\. Please treat the hot tub with care. If it is left in a condition that renders it unusable for the next guest, a $300 fee will apply for draining, cleaning, and refilling.
