The house is absolutely gorgeous and the host, Paul, so genuine and welcoming. It was a cold day when we arrived and he had a fire in the fireplace, nice music playing, candles in the windows, and string lights on outside. Felt like home as soon as we walked in. The house is beautifully decorated, very comfortable and well appointed. Being dog lovers (especially Goldens in my case), it was an extra treat to be greeted by Enzo and Milo and watch some of their antics. Being cold and rainy some of the time, we really enjoyed the fireplace with coffee to start the day and wine after our hiking adventures. Paul was especially gracious to order lobsters for us, steam them, bring them over, and “chop” them so we could pick the sweet meat out. As my wife and I like to cook, we can say this was the best equipped kitchen we've cooked in, and you can watch the sea as you do it. It is truly a piece of heaven here on Earth. Paul and Heidi were gracious hosts, the house is beautiful, the view is even better, and we absolutely loved Enzo and Bella, their dogs, visiting often! The house is well stocked with what you need to cook amazing meals and there are blankets and comfy beds, and towels galore. We travel a lot and have 2 kids in wheelchairs, and this was the most comfortable we have ever been in a home. Such a great time! We hope to return in the future to this paradise and appreciate the hosts for their kindness! ##### Emma H. My husband and I spent an absolutely beautiful long fall weekend at Zanadu cottage. The ocean views are spectacular, the cottage immaculate both inside and out. Comfy and cozy. We were greeted first by Bella and Enzo (the family pets) and then Paul and Heidi. A very warm welcome.
