سيء جدا جدا... لا انصح به ليس نظيفا

الموظفين ودودين.... النظافه سيئه جدا كان ريموت التكييف لا يعمل والهاتف لايعمل... وهناك رطوبه وبقع وفقاعات على الجدار مقززه جدا... لا أعلم موقع مثل هوتيل موثوق كيف يسمح بأن يعرض مثل هذا الأوتيل..

Overall is a pleasant staying experience but the room amenities cleanliness need to improve such as the backside of LED TV and window backside of the curtain has a lot of dust and some spider web.

Airport hotel for a one night

It was about a mile away from the airport and as I had a flight arriving just before midnight then it was a convenient hotel. For a cheap airport hotel it was ok. It could have just done with a little refreshment of the decor and furniture in the room. Things like cigarette burns on the table and cabinet top, which have probably been there for a while as it is a no smoking hotel.

호텔 아님. 우리나라 모텔만도 못함. 크게 기대도 안 했지만 사진보다 훨씬 못함. 화장실 샤워한번 하면 홍수날듯.

This hotel is crap!

Next to the mosque. The loudspeaker was blaring at 5am in the morning. No hot water. You like cold shower at 7am? Never again!

Bad check-in experience ever

It was my first time that I am not able to check in by presenting my identity card/passport with my booking name. The receptionist said because of the first name and last name may swap (OMG !!!) ... However, before i arrive the hotel, i call to inform late check-in by mentioned my family name, my booking is found, and the lady read out my full name to confirm my booking. The receptionist then asked for booking reference, I presented Hotels.com booking confirmation with booking number to him, but he refused that is my booking and that is not the correct format of booking number he wants... Eventually, he found my booking by my phone number... Please send the staff for training!

They should upgrade they hotel rooms. Everytime when house keeping press bell to other rooms, you may think its for your room. Because sound go through the wall. There was no shop dispenser for shower. Pillow provided also not in good condition.

Location is good

The location is good not so crowed as city , near food court , most of food is taste good and near market and supermarket , 20- 30 mins to airport. overall the hotel is ok. The service is ok too. Room is enough for 2 peoples and there is big windows in room, you can see the city view. But need to change the bed sheet , pillows cover and towels, they look a little bit dark and there is dirty mark on it .

Great Location for working at SPICE Arena: walk less than 10 mins to the arena. Easy to find foods 7-11. No refrigerator and hair dry in the room. Wifi is very good.The operator every shift ( morning and night) very good on service.
