"I would like to thank you the night receptionist who did an outstanding job. My room on the 8th floor was noisy from the air con, but also from the neighbors (walls are quite thin). The night receptionist very quickly supported my change of room into the 11th floor, which was the same but extremely quiet. It was extremely efficient, and I had two wonderful nights of sleep. For that reason, I would like to highlight the great help and the professionalism of this receptionist. Thanks again!!"
