« Accueil par Jacquie médiocre. À notre arrivée elle était assise au salon à jouer sur son cellulaire. Pas de salutations de sa part, nous demande sèchement " check in '" et notre nom de famille. Je l'ai interrompue lui demandait comment elle allait, nous a répondu sèchement et sans nous regarder " good" redemandant mon nom de famille. Tout cela,sans contact visuel. (Une feuille avec les indications aurait été moins agressante que l'attitude de Jacquie à notre égard. ) Mon conjoint a questionné...

« Hôtel superbe mais la restauration n'est pas à la hauteur (buffets repas et petit-déj plutôt "pauvres" et sans intérêt. Attention à la surfacturation si vous utilisez la facilité de faire porter vos dépenses sur la chambre, tout a été compté en double et il a fallu batailler pour faire rectifier et dans un premier temps, ils refusent de vous fournir une facture, donc .... méfiance. Lits très confortables et hot tubs sympathiques. »

"Very nice hotel within easy walking distance to restaurants but far enough away to be very quiet. Nice rooms nice lobby. The personnel was great. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely come again. Breakfast was good and hot goods changed every day. Just a shame that the breakfast area was a bit small and could have been cosier. Overall a wonderful experience in a beautiful region. "
