There were not great instructions on finding the place especially as a tourist but once we found it there was no key in the lockbox so we could not get in. When I reached out about this someone was able to meet us immediately and we got a very quick response. Once in the apartment, it was very hot and the AC is slow working. A 1 heure du matin je me suis retrouvé dehors avec mes feux enfants sans possibilité d'aucune aide de hôtels.com. ils m'ont donné le mauvais code de boîte à cle, du coup je n'ai pas pu récupérer les clés et j'ai passé la nuit dehors avec mes 2 enfants. C'était un cauchemar!!! Plus Ils m'ont dit " nous sommes désolés mais nous ne sommes pas en mesure de vous apporter une solution" lors d'un appel tel qui a duré 3 heures. Très bien équipé, moderne, grand . Le lit est très confortable et grand et le canapé lit également grâce à un vrai matelas . La climatisation fonctionne très bien . L appartement est très bien insonorisé. Face au port , l hébergement est très bien localisé. Nous avons déchargé les bagages et stationné la voiture au marina park pour les 5 jours (moins cher des parking ) Pas trop de communication avec l hote , nous avons récupéré les clefs par un système de boîtier et les avons remises a la fin du séjour .
