Recently renovated, this apartment is located on the fourth floor of a building with an elevator, in an ideal area to visit the city through the typical Genoese alleys full of shops and restaurants. Stairs reach the apartment and consist of a single very spacious living/bedroom, furnished with a queen size bed, closet, dining table, and kitchen complete with dishwasher, microwave, and espresso machine. A bathroom with a shower and hairdryer completes the layout. \*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations.
