Enjoy “la dolce vita” in the heart of Genova! House Rondinella is a spacious, modern apartment for 8, close to the centre of Genova. It is the ideal base for family or friends who want to explore this fascinating city at any time of year.  
  
On the 3rd floor (with lift) of a residential building, less than 10 minutes walk from the city’s Centro Storico, the apartment is fully appointed for a comfortable stay. The living/dining room is furnished with 2 sofas, a flat-screen TV and a dining table. The separate kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, kettle and a fridge/freezer. There is also a second dining table for quick snacks. A glass door opens up from the kitchen to a private balcony.

Bedroom 1: The airy master bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe.  
Bedroom 2: The second bedroom has two single beds.  
Bedroom 3: This spacious bedroom has a double bed and a smaller single bed, with a wardrobe, drawers and a balcony.  
Extra: One of the sofas in the living room converts into a comfortable double bed.

Location  
The apartment is ideally located to allow guests to explore the city on foot. The exciting Porto Antico is a 15-minute walk. This lively area appeals to all ages and includes restaurants, shops, the modern Aquarium di Genova, the biosphere, an outdoor swimming pool and the Vascello Neptune, a replica of a 17th Century galleon.   
  
In the city’s “Centro Storico”, visitors can enjoy the elegant squares and palaces. The Palazzo Spinola National Gallery (13 minutes) is worth a visit. The glorious Romanesque San Lorenzo cathedral is a 16-minute walk and Piazza de Ferrari is just 17 minutes. guests can easily explore the city and experience authentic city life. Other museums and galleries are within easy walking distance.  
  
Genova is famous for its fine food and has many excellent restaurants to suit all budgets. To fully appreciate the city and its food, the best market is the Mercato Orientale in Via XX Settembre (17 minutes by public transport). Otherwise, there are street markets every day across most of the city.  
  
Genova’s International Airport is a 25-minute drive from the apartment.

Lors de notre arrivée dans l'immeuble, nous avons dû appeler un/e responsable, car les explications pour trouver l'appartement étaient trop vagues. Suite à l'appel, une petite vidéo explicative fut envoyée. Pourquoi ne pas l'avoir fait en amont ? L'appartement était propre. Cuisine: manque d'ustensiles.
