Experience a vacation in Genoa with this vacation apartment as a base.  
  
Welcome to this vacation apartment that offers space for a small family with one bedroom and one bathroom. In the living room with kitchen you can sleep two more people and the furnishings are simple but practical. This accommodation is suitable for a business stay due to a good WIFI connection and location.  
  
Genoa has one of the largest and best preserved historical centers in Europe with a medieval city wall, narrow streets, several small and characteristic squares, old buildings with magnificent paintings and historic palaces. The second largest aquarium in Europe and the Maritime Museum are located at the old harbor. The beaches, restaurants, bars and nightclubs are not far away. In Genoa there are many culturally valuable events and happenings throughout the year.

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

#### Not recommended

Communication was poor as the person handling the case could only speak Italian. We were forced to pay in advance, by Paypal or transfer 266€,for towels, bed linen and final cleaning before we were allowed to arrive at the apartment. The condition of the appartment is deplorable and has nothing to do with what is in the photos. It urgently needs a general renovation. Even the flooring is sticking out. In the kitchen a 30x20cm patch was made with tape to cover a hole in the floor. The shower cubicle had mould in the joints. The sofa had disgusting stains. The apartement was not clean. No washing machine, instead of having two fridges they could have invested in a washing machine. We felt ripped off so we are very unhappy with everything. We really do not recommend it.
