The home combines comfort, style, and incredible lake views, making it an ideal destination for families, friends, or multi-generational groups. Close to wineries, shops, and regional attractions, the property offers easy access to all the Finger Lakes has to offer. The open first-floor layout features an oversized eat-in kitchen with vaulted ceilings and a lakeside deck spanning the front of the house. The great room, with a gas fireplace, 60-inch flat-screen television, and panoramic lake views, is perfect for gathering with loved ones. A master suite with a king bed and direct deck access provides a private retreat, while a queen bedroom and half bath complete the main level. Downstairs, three additional bedrooms and two full bathrooms provide space and privacy for all guests. Two east-facing rooms offer lake views and easy patio access, and the second living area with a built-in dry bar is perfect for entertaining after a day of wine tasting or lake adventures. The property includes a permanent dock for swimming and boating, a portion of beach for a small campfire, and ample space for outdoor games or relaxing in the sun. Sunrise Splendor is conveniently located within twenty minutes of Canandaigua and Seneca Falls, thirty minutes from Watkins Glen, and about an hour from Rochester or Syracuse. With all the comforts of home and prime lakefront access, Sunrise Splendor is the perfect Finger Lakes getaway for creating lasting memories. Behind Sunrise Splendor and across Glass Factory Bay Road is a single rail line that is used daily but generally has minimal impact on guests that stay at this home. Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests. Note: 1\. Smoking is not allowed in any rental property. This includes vaping and e-cigarettes. 2\. Some of the lights were out (the bulbs need to be replaced). The house itself was very spacious and a perfect location, right on the lake. However, when we arrived there was a strong odor of sewage in the house from the air conditioning. We turned the air conditioning unit off and the smell went away. We contacted the owner to let them know and they got back to me in a few hours saying they would send someone out, but no one ever came. Thank goodness we didn’t need the air conditioning the rest of the weekend because the weather was decent. The house also could have been more clean and could use some updating. It fit the 11 people we had on our wine trip easily. The kitchen had everything we needed with an extremely large island and large dining room table. There were three full baths and half bath. The sunrise in the morning was awesome. The living space was quite large. There are two large decks facing the Lake. The location was at the top of Seneca Lake in Geneva, ideal spot for ending our winery tastings. Lots of parking. We definitely want to book for next year. ##### karen s. The Kitchen is extremely well equipped and is very bright and airy. We were a large group of family and friends and had more than enough room in the well appointed bedrooms for all to be comfortable. The Boating dock is awesome and is a great place to dock a rented boat or just jump off of to enjoy a swim in the clear cool lake. We hope to someday visit it again.
