Stayed at the lake house for a weekend with a large group and had a great experience. Plenty of space for our group of 7\. Kitchen was adequate for cooking a big meal and beds were very comfortable. We stayed at this location for a getaway weekend with our 3 kids, 7, 10, and 12 and our 2 medium sized dogs. It was a great place with the dock, firepit, and being pet friendly. The host was very kind when we Spoke with him and he was very accomodating for our family and pets. Séjour de 2 nuits en septembre 2024 ### 8/10 – Bien #### Constance M. 12 août 2024 #### Great location At first, I was very disappointed, I had hoped to stay at the location and not have to travel. The shore was filled with weeds and dead fish had washed up. There was a major storm the week before. It was not good for small children, I had ages, 3, 4, 5, and nine. We ended up spending every day at Sampson State Park just down the road. It ended up being a blessing, the children loved it there. Seneca State Park is also very nice and this location is in the middle of the 2 state parks. Many great breweries are only a few miles away. The house is also located for the best sunsets every night. We used the firepit every night. The house was spotless and comfortable. The deck looks beautiful in the photo but is actually in need of replacement. If I ever rented again, I would bring some pots and pans, paper plates, extra toilet paper, washing machine detergent, and dishwasher detergent, we ran out quickly. ##### Constance M. We only stayed 4 nights but would have loved to stay longer. The house is comfortable and the easy lake access made it desirable to stay at the home all day. However, there are so many fun things to do nearby. Between Seneca Falls, Geneva, boat rides, wineries/breweries, etc, there is so much to do. I would definitely recommend this house and I would stay here again in the future. ##### Angela D.
