The two-story Cottage has 4 bedrooms, 1 full sleeper sofa, and 2 bathrooms to accommodate up to 10 people. Spend a day on the Strip, then pour a glass of wine, sit by our inviting fire pit, and enjoy life by the lake at the Cottage. Amenities offered by the pet friendly Lakefront Oasis include: A/C; Wi-Fi and cable; Fully stocked kitchen with cookware, dishes, silverware, and cooking utensils; Fresh linens and towels are stocked in the bathroom. It might look good in the pictures but it is not! The home was not cleaned prior to us arriving - trash was full, no bedding or towels, floors not vacuumed. The WiFi doesn’t work and there is no service to get ahold of the host. The AC is broken in one of the bedrooms. There is black and pink mold on the ceiling in the living room. The host of aware of these issues and refuses to correct it. Small bedrooms but we didn’t spend much time in them. Kitchen not well stocked. One bowl. No colander. Very dull knives. We like to cook so we noticed those things. The house was well maintained and very clean. It has the best lake views out the large living room windows. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and making s’mores around the fire pit. The beds were very comfortable and the 2 bathrooms have great showers. The house is at the end of a short road right off the strip. We went off season so not much was open yet but had a great lunch at the Old Firehouse Winery just down the street and visited Breakwater Beach. Matt was a great host and was easily contacted when I had a question about parking. Definitely would like to stay here again when the rest of the shops and restaurants open up. ##### Nywana S. The only issue was the living room and kitchen floor was uneven causing the floor boards to pop up and my grandkid stubbed her toe on the corner of one of the boards. No a big deal! The rest of the house was spotless and on a pretty quite dead end street! Would stay again for sure! It’s my new favorite place on Lake Erie! ##### John F.
