Incredible customer service, with amazing food in the restaurants and a really nice swimming pool area. Also the best massage I’ve ever had, I felt like a new person afterwards! Less than 10 minutes drive from the airport, makes this a convenient place to stay , but also feel nicely away from the city. There is a train station opposite with very cheap tickets to travel around (compared to UK prices), much cheaper than getting a taxi. Only downside is most of the hotel has really nice smells, however around reception it can smell quite strongly of cigarettes , as there is a smoking room nearby.

Excellent arrival/ welcome. Very attentive. Service is generally very good, with few exceptions. The rooms are well equipped and comfortable, but unfortunately many rooms do not have walk-in showers but bathtub only. Cleanliness is very good. The surrounding garden is beautiful and the hotel is very close to the lake. Although the tranquility gets shattered by starting or landing airplanes from time to time. The hotel is in many places safari themed. Either you like that or not. Overall quite enjoyed the stay.

Nous sommes venus passer une nuit dans cet établissement en espérant pouvoir profiter de la piscine. Or, le samedi il y avait plein de petits enfants et c’était très bruyant. Le dimanche, il n’a pas été possible d’utiliser la piscine car nous avons un petit chien de 2kg et nous n’avions plus de chambre depuis midi et les chiens ne sont pas autorisés. Du coup nous avons quitté l’hôtel déçu qu’une solution n’aie pas été trouvée… Surtout pour le prix de la chambre: 700.- la nuit.

La 2eme fut la bonne. Chambre très agréable, personnel plus que aimable et attentionné Petit déjeuner avec vue très agréable. Lieu à connaître absolument!
