"The property has no front desk, but staff replied quickly to text messages and were very helpful and friendly. There is no lift, so getting to the property requires one to climb many 50 stairs, which is a concern if one has heavy luggage, one is tired or one has even the slightest mobility issue. If it is all of the aforesaid, it is a real challenge getting in and out of the property. The room was nice and spacious, but two of the beds were in a loft which required even more climbing up a...

"Shared bathroom means you could be waiting a while to use it. At time of my bathroom was occupied for almost an hour by 2 women in other room so you can be in trouble if you urgently need to use toilet as there are no other options, at least none I was made aware of. Also the place can be very noisy. Room was adjoining front entrance and you could hear people coming and going."

"I've wanted to stay in this hotel from the time I saw it on my first trip to Genoa and recently got the chance. It did not disappoint. Absolutely stunning hotel. The interior is beyond gorgeous. The rooms are beautiful and very well-maintained. The toiletries are SO good. They smell heavenly and my hair has never been so soft (wish I could find this stuff in the US). The hotel provides slippers and plush bathrobes. Check-in was easy, the staff is fluent in English and very, very welcoming. I had meetings the following day and they allowed me to store my overnight bag until it was time for me to depart to the airport. I felt like royalty waltzing into this building. My 14 year-old-self would be very impressed with me. I will definitely stay here again. "

"We had heavy luggage as are also going skiing, so the location of HNN right near Principe Train Station & Flixbus stop was a big factor. But it's also an easy walk to all of the old town & the waterfront. When staying in hotels we always like option of a good breakfast included: HNN provides a very good one, with a variety of savoury, sweet, good pastries & cake, unlimited proper coffee, tea, juice, eggs etc. Reception staff v helpful, easy checking, stored our luggage pre & post check-in and checkout."

"Excellent hotel! Perfect location, right in the heart of Genoa, staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. Room was lovely and clean with all amenities you would need. We also used the pool and that was absolutely lovely after a long hike through Genoa mountains. Would definitely stay again, thank you to all the reception and housekeeping staff members!"
