Super hôtel dans la vieille ville de Gdansk
Super hôtel très moderne avec beaucoup de charme. Chambres très spacieuses, petit déjeuner excellent et surtout l’espace piscine et spa est génial !

I am disappointed of our stay I have to stay and this is why: -Spa and Pool area closed while the reception confirmed us that everything was open before our stay and this aspect was the main reason of our stay -the cleaning hasn’t been done once in 5 days, this is unacceptable for a Hotel as Radisson. -Cofee not even provided on daily basis

The pool does not operate on a walk-in system and requires booking ahead slot which was not convenient. Even with booking slots in, the pool was incredibly busy even with both adults and children (lots of them) in the main pool which made trying to swim or using the jacuzzi impossible - which gave me a 3 star, as it was not worth paying money to use (as I had booked a room without free spa access) I also used the massage services as there was a promotional offer which was of good value. Breakfast was good and had a good variety. Rooms were clean, modern and comfortable.

Vi stannade här två nätter och är supernöjda. Hotellet ligger centralt, bra frukost, fina rum och tillgång till spa. Vi bokade ett rum för tre där extrasängen inte var bäddad. Vi fick säga till en tredje gång när vi kom hem på kvällen för att få den bäddad. Rummet städades inte mellan våra två nätter, så inget byte av handdukar. Annars är vi nöjda med vistelsen.

Sängen knarrade s mycket att man kunde inte sova. Personalen till spat var otrevliga å hade väldigt dåligt bemötande. Polen i spat va jätte kall. Bubbelpoolen va rätt bra inget speciellt. Maten va la sådär pannkakorna smakade överkokta nudlar samt så va allt varm mat ljummen så blev kallt innan man han att sätta sig ner. Trevlig personal vid entrén. Detta hotell var inte vad jag hade förväntat mig när det är 4 stjärnor.

Good hotel, bad spa
Absolutely not to recommend if you a an expectation of a pure spa hotel. Small pool were the let way to much people inside with a lot of noice. Also very poor (close to nothing) info about spa, restaurants and so when checking in. Location is great, very good breakfast.

Fint hotell men de var litt sene med å vaske rom og ene dagen fikk vi ikke rene håndklær og manglet toalettpapir. Ellers et veldig fint hotell med trivelige folk.
