The studio apartment is located on Swietojanska Street - one of the main streets of downtown Gdynia. The vicinity of the building is characterized by proximity to the city center, and an undoubted advantage of the area is also close proximity to the sea and the boulevard. The seaside location - only 550 meters from a sandy beach with a promenade with cafes and restaurants, as well as volleyball fields and a playground - is a great choice for a family vacation on the Baltic Sea. The developed retail and service infrastructure provides access to many tourist attractions and points of interest located in the Downtown area, which will fully cater to all daily needs. In the vicinity of the building there are restaurants serving cuisines from all over the world, as well as delicious Polish dishes. For those seeking contact with nature, we recommend the nearby Maria and Lech Kaczynski Park, just 230 meters away. It is also worth taking a walk to the harbor's Skwer Kościuszki (350 m). The location is a great base for exploring other cities, as there is excellent access to other parts of the Tri-City - both Gdansk and Sopot can be reached by SKM rapid rail in less than 30 minutes.
