This luxury apartment is designed for six people. Guests here have two bedrooms - each with a large double bed, as well as a closet with a mirror. The living room is equipped with a dining area with a dining table and chairs, as well as a fold-out corner sofa designed for two people. There is also a table where you can sit to watch cable television or enjoy your morning coffee. Air conditioning controlled by remote control is also available in the premises. Lovers of relaxing outdoors can step out onto the balcony, so that there they can take a moment to get away from their tasks and activities. The bathroom space is divided into two parts - the separate toilet has a mirror and sink, while the bathroom has a bathtub for relaxing evening baths. Thanks to a functionally furnished kitchenette, visitors can quickly and conveniently prepare meals and snacks. Guests can come here with their pets. The apartment is located on the 16th floor of the building, which means that beautiful views of the surrounding cityscape can be seen from the balcony. It takes just a few minutes to get to the nearby stores, where you can buy essential groceries. A 2-minute walk is enough to reach the nearest restaurant, where you can have a nice time with delicious dishes. Lovers of historical sites can visit the water tower located nearby, which takes only 13 minutes to reach. Those who appreciate relaxing in green surroundings have the option of going to the park, which is an 8-minute walk away. Less than 10 minutes is enough to reach the beach by car, and it takes 12 minutes to reach the railway station this way. A similar distance separates visitors from the shopping center, and in 20 minutes one can reach the market to admire the impressive architecture and buy souvenir trinkets.
