Modern Baths: Two fully remodeled bathrooms include a walk-in shower and a bathtub/shower combo, making bath time for the grandkids or a quick rinse after the lake a breeze.

Your Private, Shallow-Entry Beach
This is where the magic happens. Otsego Lake is crystal clear, warm, and famously `Pure Michigan.`

Safety First: Our private beach features a shallow-entry sandy shore, perfect for toddlers and little ones to splash safely while you watch from a rocking chair or the double swing.

Lake Toys Included: We’ve provided one kayak, two stand-up paddleboards, and the fan-favorite “Lilly Pad” water mat. Life vests for all sizes are included, so you can skip the heavy packing.

S`mores and Stars: End the night at the lakeside fire pit. It’s the ultimate spot for roasting marshmallows and sharing family stories under the Michigan sky.

You will need a car. We have parking for up to 6 cars
NO GLITTER/NO DYE: Glitter is almost impossible to remove and will result in a $1,000 fine to cover excess cleaning. Do not use any temporary or permanent hair dye or other dye products in the rental. Evidence of dye will result in a $500 fine or more if damage occurs to sink, floors, carpets, etc. Primary contact is responsible for all guests along with anyone who enters the home during the stay to abide by these rules.

No Smoking of any Kind: Smoking of any kind will result is a $750 additional cleaning and Ozone fee. This includes, but is not limited to vaping, cigarettes, marijuana, or any other form of smoking.

No Parties: If you have a party you will be charged $750 plus damages.

Quiet Time: Quiet time is from 10:00pm-7:00am daily.

HOT TUB RULES
• Must be 18 years old to enter hot tub
• You must shower before entering hot tub
• No glass in or around hot tub
• Consult your physician before entering hot tub
• No lifeguard on duty. Enter at your own risk
Children must be supervised at all times, they are not allowed to use without supervision.
• Turn lights off and cover hot tub when done. Clips must be attached or lid will blow off.
• No sunscreen, self tanner, sweat, or any creams can be on your body when entering hot tub
Temperature: It is kept at 95 degrees when the home is not rented. You will want to increase it upon arriving, 102-103 degrees in winter, 98-101 degrees in summer.
The hot tub will not increase in temperature if the lid is off. If you want it warmer, you will need to close the lid and allow time for the hot tub to increase to desired temperature.
Treating Hot Tub: Follow this schedule, use the pre-measured containers provided.
After 1st day using, ADD SHOCK
After 2nd day using, ADD NOTHING

• if you don`t follow these rules and hot tub must be drained you will be charged $250 for drain and clean.
