Three Oaks Cabin is a NEW luxury 3 Bedroom/ 3 Bath home perfectly located in the most desired spot in Gatlinburg, TN. Only minutes away from downtown Gatlinburg and the Parkway, you'll find that this spacious home, full of luxury, is perfect for your Smoky Mountain vacation!

Our beautiful 3-story home provides guests with 3 spacious MASTER bedrooms to choose from, all with ensuite bathrooms. This home has plenty of places to hangout and relax. The main floor has a spacious living room with a fireplace, a dining room perfect for entertaining and a massive kitchen, all with some of the most amazing views of the Smoky Mountains. Downstairs you will find a fully equipped game room, as well as 2 of the master bedrooms. We can't forget about the upper level of the home which has an incredible Master Suite with a private deck and firepit.

Outdoor decks with multiple firepits, seating and entertainment can be found off of each floor of the home. Dine, relax, or grill outdoors with the breath-taking views on the deck conveniently located off the kitchen and main living area. Downstairs is an expansive covered deck where you will find a hottub/jaccuzi, comfortable outdoor seating, a firepit, and plenty of activities such as corntoss and life-sized Jenga.

This mountain home is perfect for days you spend indoors or outdoors. There is something for everyone with the pool table, shuffleboard, PacMan Console, poker set, large array of games and flat screen TVs which are located in every room! We offer wireless internet, cable TV and provide Bluetooth speakers in every bedroom and living room!

THINGS TO KNOW!
- We provide a fully stocked kitchen + a waffle iron, griddle, Crock Pot, Keurig coffee maker, regular coffee maker, blender, toaster, tableware and serveware for many! We also provide cocktail glasses and utensils. Plus, everything is brand new and high-end.
- We provide all bedding/linens, bath towels, wash cloths and even luxury basic toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and body wash.
- We provide limited amounts of toilet paper, paper towels, and cleaning supplies such as dish washing detergent and laundry detergent. (Enough to get your vacation started).

Beautiful Property
This cabin is clean, well-decorated, and well-stocked! The view from all levels was amazing. The furniture was comfortable including the beds and pillows! You can see one other cabin far to the left from the main level but it still felt private. I would certainly stay here again. The kitchen had everything you need. I travel with my own kitchen knives and scissors but it was not necessary for this cabin. Everything was high end. I would dare to say this cabin was luxurious!

Amazing !!!!
We had such an amazing experience with Cloud 9! The house was so cozy the kids first time in the mountains and they loved it. The house was just spacious and very clean! We enjoyed the sunset on the main floor balcony with the fire place and beautiful view. We are definitely planning to come back!

The cabin was great! Lots of space, beautiful views and plenty of game activity. The only negative-The property was not ready when we go there and the hot tub was not hot until about 10pm that first night.

Nice House
This house has mostly pros, but a few cons. Pros: it's close to downtown Gatlinburg and the Smoky Mountain trails, it's also close to Pigeon Forge, it has a wonderful game room and three beautiful decks that look out to a gorgeous view of the mountains. Cons: While the view in the distance was pretty, the area around the house and the surrounding houses wasn't as nice, there was some trash and it looked like homes were built without clearing the debris. Also, the house itself was redone but could use some TLC. For example, the paint job in the master bedroom could really use a touchup, as could the outside of the house. The front door and front of the house look a little run down. But overall, it has great views and it's a good space.

Relax with a view!
The house was clean and beautifully decorated. It was the most functional house we’ve stayed in in Gatlinburg for our family of 5. The owners were very friendly and responsive. The view was incredible. We woke up to the most beautiful sunrises! We highly recommend this property!

Absolutely gorgeous property. Can accommodate a very large group. Incredible outdoor space and views! Answered questions on fireplace operation immediately. Exceeded expectations. The drive up to the property requires calm nerves and skill. Recommend to arrive in the daylight.

Wonderful mountain getaway
The property itself was incredible. So inviting and modern on the inside. The view cannot be beat either. Waking up every morning with a cup of coffee in hand stepping outside on the balcony to see the mountains will always be a core memory if ours. Very close to plenty of restaurants and attractions around Gatlinburg. The hot tub was a nice touch to the end of the day after walking around. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful view and home
The house and view is stunning. We enjoyed sitting on the porches with the fire features. Furniture and beds were perfect. The roads to get there are scary but you get used to them and they aren’t heavily traveled at all so that makes it easier. We saw a bear on two different days so that was exciting. The only negative was the house could use a non-stick Teflon skillet for breakfasts - but everything else was great 😅
