All the light switches were marked with what they went to, instructions were left in a binder, and it was great especially after travelling all day. Cell phone capability was not working. The front door lock was not fully working. No matter what we did. We spent over 5 minutes on it but the door remained unlocked. Check the front door a few times when you get there and make sure it locks. Open and close the door don't just assume the lock sound or click makes the door locked. It was not working. It's important that it is repaired. I called the Property Managers and did not get a call back, or a text or an email regarding the door. Check in process was very easy no hassle at all. Cabin was beautiful and clean. Hot tubs were great view of all the nature in the mountains was awesome. Wi-Fi in cabin was a plus ! Tvs already had Netflix, Hulu, and other streaming platforms on it already. Used the BBQ grill as well and had no issues. Drive to pigeon forge strip and downtown gatlinburg was about 30 minutes or Less not bad at all Definitely would recommend this cabin to any family or couple. ##### Judah M.
