We really enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub. The owner was very fast to communicate with me and was always helpful. Only tiny issue was that the master bedroom was significantly hotter than the rest of the house, and you immediately feel the difference when you walk in the room. We had to turn the air down and fan on and close the vents and it was still hot, and temp was in the 40’s. The bed though…. Hands down the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. You feel like you’re snuggling a teddy bear. I’m ready to buy one for home. All around great cabin. Oh one thing I will add is the bunk beds are for smaller kids. I had two 10 year olds and did not feel comfortable with having one on the top bunk. We had to move the mattress on the floor. ##### Heather B. From the check in process to the wonderful filled days of enjoyment and evenings in the Jacuzzi with the family, we could have not found a better place. My family and I had a total blast and enjoyed the quiet, peacefulness of the mountains away from all the hustle and bustle of the city. After a day of shows, shopping, fighting traffic and the crowds in Pigeon Forge /Gatlinburg, this Chalet was a nice place to escape to. It was in the perfect location, and the host was such an awesome individual that helped us out with details on whatever it was we needed. My family and I will definitely be coming back to this location. It is Spectacular. We didn't want to leave the view and peacefulness.
