No hills or stairs to climb Guest Access The cabin is exclusively yours without interruption for the duration of your stay so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home. You'll drive right up to Grey Wind Lodge. Keyless entry with door code is provided in your Check-in Instructions. Let us know if you have questions! In addition to mentioned amenities, our home is also equipped with: • Up to 800 Mbs High-Speed Wi-Fi • Washer/Dryer • Municipal water, not well water Check-in Time is 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM (please contact us if you need to check in after 11:00 PM ET). Check-out Time is 10:00 AM. All persons must be 25+ unless accompanied by an adult. While children are always welcome, Grey Wind Lodge is not toddler/baby-proof and children must be supervised at all times. Pet fee applies if bringing dogs (up to 2 dogs per reservation) and must be added to your reservation at time of booking. Undisclosed pets will incur a $500 charge. The cabin is tucked away and private! You will have the entire place to yourself. You will certainly see critters and maybe even some bears! Always be aware of your surroundings. Never approach wildlife. The cabin is in the mountains. Even though Cobbly Nob has among the best maintained and easiest roads to navigate, the roads are indeed winding and hilly. Please purchase travel insurance as we cannot guarantee the cabin will be accessible during or after a weather event. Refunds are not available due to inclement weather or impassable roads. The driveway is paved and uphill, but not too steep. Parking Area is paved and flat. Please keep vehicles on paved surfaces. A maximum of three vehicles are permitted on the property without prior approval. IMPORTANT VEHICLE NOTE: Please keep your vehicles locked at all times. Bears can and will enter vehicles in search of food. Bears can become trapped in the vehicle, which is extremely dangerous for them. Please help our bear populations and lock your vehicle at all times. Only issue was the key code definitely did not work after first time!! We could lock door but getting in was a definite no. We put in code which definitely was correct but got the red lock light everytime! Very frustrating. Other than that cabin was great and letting our 3 doggies stay with us was awesome! Not to far from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge but still had the privacy of not being in a tight neighborhood. The listing don’t tell elevation but if your going in the winter months it is up the mountains it was nice and dry in Gatlinburg but ice and snow at the cabin. It was a beautiful view though. House was equipped with necessities and more which made cooking and functioning very easy going. House was very clean when we arrived which is usually not the case in past experiences. Rooms were big and spacious. Having access to a pool was great considering we were traveling with kids. I would definitely recommend this house to family and friends and would book again. P.s. the view if the smokies from the front porch is beautiful! Evening thunderstorms didn't permit the pleasure of using the hot tub but the screened in porch was great for our family game nights and occasional meals. Pool table isn't in great condition - probably good for young teens; home & views are beautiful.Finding driveway was a little tricky.. as of time of this posting, look for mailbox with broken post. All three main bedrooms did not require any stairs to access them. There were some things that need to be addressed. Rokus took lots of time to get to work. We only had 2 TVS working after messing with them for a good bit of time. Bought new batteries for remotes and they still didn’t work. Cobwebs on fire place and the AC vents need some tending to. We also found evidence of mice in the kitchen. Threw away some food and was refunded for the food. They said they would address the rodent issue so hopefully that will be done! Overall out of all the cabins I rent (3 average a year) this was an average stay. The road to get to it is a long one off the main road and a nice drive into gatlinburg. ##### Courtney R. Very nice house with 3 bedrooms on a single level. Pool table and gaming in the loft are a bit worn. Shower door in the shared bath was off its track, so we just used the master suite shower. We didn't realize we had AC problems until the second of two nights, but the host was very responsive, and it should be fixed by now. Worth the price and we'll probably be back. ##### John W. The screened in porch is wonderful, spacious kitchen, super comfy beds. Our only concern was the location. It was further from Great Smokey Mountain National Park than we expected. The cabin was clean and comfortable, including the beds. Plenty of towels were provided, which we don’t normally find. The cabin had games and puzzles that we enjoyed using. The arcade games and pool table were great as well. We couldn’t figure out the Roku devices, so you may want to bring your own, but we didn’t watch much TV anyway. We took our pet and there was a some green space in the front yard for her. I hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did. ##### Melissa P.
