While access is typically easy, we recommend a 4x4 vehicle for added confidence during winter months or rainy weather. Other Things to Note: • Guests must be 21 years or older to book this cabin. • Maximum occupancy is 6 guests. • A 4x4 vehicle is recommended for mountain travel. Roads are paved and easy to navigate, but weather conditions in the Smokies can change quickly. • Gas fireplaces are seasonal and typically operate from October through March, weather permitting. • A Keurig coffee maker is provided and works with both K-Cups and ground coffee—please bring your preferred coffee. • Hot tub is drained, sanitized, and refilled between each guest stay. It may need time to reach full temperature on the check-in day. • Starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent are provided. • Guests agree to use the website messenger for all communication, even if initial contact is made by another method. • Bears and all types of wildlife are very common in the area! Do not feed or bother the bears or wildlife! Please leave them alone. We have no control over wildlife. They are very protected here and part of our area. • We have monthly pest control at all of our cabins. Being in the Great Smoky Mountains, we are surrounded by nature and wildlife. Ladybugs, millipedes, and other insects can be difficult to combat around this time of year, even with our constant pest control program in place. It is not uncommon to see them occur in and around the cabin/condo, especially with the opening and closing of doors. This is extremely common for the area and all cabins/condos. The location is barely a 5 min. drive from the Gatlinburg strip but feels removed from the hustle and bustle of downtown.The cabin was clean and the perfect size for those of us who are really only in the cabin to sleep and relax for a few minutes before heading out for the next adventure. The downstairs bed was super comfy and the sound of the creek outside is like having a permanent sound machine.We ran into an issue with the refrigerator when we arrived, but the property manager was quick to respond and had a maintenance tech out there in 10 minutes. Ended up only being a flipped breaker and they showed my husband where the box was in case we needed it.Overall, I would recommend this cabin to small families or one-two couples. ##### Brittany L. The check in process was seamless, and the communication with the property manager was great. The location was wonderful as well. 5 minutes or less to a grocery store, close to downtown Gatlinburg and the Gatlinburg Smokey Mountain National Park entrance. There was also a trolley stop right down the road from the cabin for the courtesy trolley that runs through Gatlinburg if you’re not up to the walk. We would definitely stay again next time we’re in the area! ##### Susan S. Great location and was exactly what we wanted. We had to change our Christmas vacation plans last minute due to weather. I'm so happy we did. I booked this for a girls trip and all of my friends loved it. The hot tub next to the creek was amazing. The location was perfect, so close to everything downtown. The check in/out process couldn’t have been easier and the host was very nice & helpful. We’re already talking about booking again! ##### Addison b. Location was great for walking to downtown, yet was still quiet and peaceful along the river. Super clean and modern. Private balcony with hot tub was also very nice.
