This condominium offers all the comforts for a relaxing visit to the Smokies. The master bedroom has one king bed and the downstairs guest bedroom has two queen beds. Upstairs in the loft there is one queen bed and one twin bed. The downstairs living area has a queen sofa sleeper. The master bath has a step in shower and a large jacuzzi tub. The guest bath has a shower/tub combination. Upstairs the loft has a full bath with a shower/tub combination. Our fully equipped kitchen offers full size appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. All kitchen utensils are supplied along with glassware, dishes, silverware, and cookware. All linens are furnished. We also provide ample free parking.

Enjoyed our stay

Beautiful condo and large enough to accommodate our party of 6. It was close to downtown so we walked to restaurants and the Convention Center. Only problem was that part of our party arrived late on Friday and the lady in the office said they closed at 5. We got the keys and the late arrivals walked to the Convention Center where I gave them keys. Later, I think I saw where the keys could have been left in a lock box. Wish I had known that. It would have saved a lot of trouble. Thanks again. We had a wonderful stay.

Clean and Wonderful Location

Pros: condo was very clean, location was perfect to walk downtown Gatlinburg, pool was nice and clean, jacuzzi in master bathroom was wonderful, staff was friendly and responsive Cons: hot in the loft area but there is a ceiling fan over the queen bed, master bathroom shower is very small in which you can barely turn around in, not many kitchen dishes and pans and pans and skillets were very old and scuffed up, the dryer does not work well as it takes a long time to dry clothes and towels, narrow, spiral stairs going up to loft, no hairdryers, water in master bathroom shower takes a long while to get hot and then it will get cold and then hot without adjusting the water, room is directly as you come off the elevator which can make the guest bedroom a little noisier. For us the cons did not make a difference as we would stay there again. We did not fix meals in the condo so the pans and dishes being sparse and old did not affect us, the narrow, spiral staircase did not bother us as we did not have to take up big luggage, I brought my own hairdryer so not having a hairdryer in the condo did not affect us, once we realized the dryer took awhile to dry clothes we adjusted accordingly so that it was not a big issue, as long as the ceiling fan was turned on our adult daughter could handle the temperature in the loft but did not use the closet as it was very hot in the closet, so the biggest con for us was the small shower with the water temperature in the master bathroom.

Rm 407 more than met our needs

We had a great experience. The floors in 407 had been updated (wood veneer or similar) so there was no carpeting. The space was large and we were pleased to have the washing machines right in the apartment. The location was excellent, we were able to walk to all of our downtown Gatlinburg activities. For planning/awareness issues: -they entrance is easy to miss and it's not the best road to U-turn in...when you see the sign, that's the entrance. There's no back entrance. -the room with two queen beds is right near the elevator and the sound travels through the wall. Actually, all the walls are pretty thin. You might consider bringing/using a white noise machine. -the facility did not have any pack n plays (April 2023) -they provide paper products and towels and basic soap bars but if you need them, bring: detergent, salt/pepper, condiments, coffee filters and coffee, toiletries -at times the wifi was a bit spotty None of the items above were issues or deterrents. We would stay there again and our limited interactions with the host were positive and responsive.

Great location

Perfect location and easy walk to the village. The condo sits right at the riverside which is quite nice. Nothing fancy about the condo but it had everything we needed and it was quite roomy for our 11 people.

Excellent stay

Check in was easy, staff very courteous. Accommodations was spacious and comfortable. We did not have a tv in the room with the 2 beds downstairs as advertised when we rented. TV upstairs only works for DVDs, no cable on it. I would definitely stay here again because everything else was great.

Quiet, convenient and in the river

We enjoyed being able to walk into town, but we also enjoyed the quiet that oir condo provided. Over looking the peaceful river and hearing it roll at night was good for the soul.

Great stay for a large group!

Unit was well maintained. We waited until the last minute to book something and were a little worried but we were very impressed with the condo. It was roomy and had a great view of the river. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Would definitely stay here again.
