We recommend 4x4 drive for any mountain cabin, including this one, especially during winter or rainy conditions. Other Things to Note: • Guests must be at least 21 years old to book this cabin. • Maximum occupancy is 6 guests. • A 4x4 vehicle is recommended for mountain travel. While the roads are paved and generally easy to navigate, the weather in the Smokies can change quickly. • The gas fireplace is seasonal and typically operates from October through March, depending on weather conditions. • A Keurig coffee maker is available—please bring your favorite coffee pods. • Hot tub is drained, sanitized, and refilled between each guest stay. Ladybugs, millipedes, and other insects can be difficult to combat around this time of year, even with our constant pest control program in place. It is not uncommon to see them occur in and around the cabin/condo, especially with the opening and closing of doors. This is extremely common for the area and all cabins/condos.
