The shower had some mold in it and there were dead bugs on the floor when we arrived. The shower head situation needs to be addressed as soon as possible. If you do not use the rain head (which is also in rough shape), you will have the worst shower of your life. Unfortunately, I would rank it as the worst shower I have ever had at a rental. The hot tub also did not work correctly. The jets would not turn on at all. It did heat to 100 degrees, so we used it more like a bath tub.The beds were very firm and not very comfortable. There also were no basic cooking items like salt or pepper, and there was no spatula. We ended up using a grill spatula to make pancakes.On the positive side, the location was great. The drive up to the cabin is steep, so I would be hesitant to visit during the winter because it could be dangerous with ice. But it was very close to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, which we loved. The cabin was clean overall and it worked fine for a weekend stay. I am not sure it would have everything needed for a longer trip, but it met the basics for a short visit! ##### Kelsee W. However, it would have been nice to have a handrail at the front steps. Sadly from reading past reviews, I know I'm not the first to make this suggestion. Also, it would have been helpful helpful to have a grab bar in the shower. Both my husband and I have slight mobility issues and these additions would have made our stay almost perfect. It was very clean with towels provided and pretty much everything you need for a few days. Pool table, hot tub, and PacMan, who could ask for more? The location was excellent which is right between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. It's a short drive either way. We didn't get to see the local mama bear but we did go into the GSMNP to hike Rainbow trail and we got to see a bear about 20 yards away. The park is beautiful and Rainbow Falls didn't disappoint. We went to Hayfield and McCoy dinner show which was excellent. As well as the Skybridge. We ate at the Local Goat, Ole Red (not impressed with the burger there) and breakfast at Crockets was delicious (be sure you get the cinnamon role, it's enough to feed a family) and tried out the tastings at Sugarlands. Where I found my new favorite Chocolate Coffee moonshine. Apple Barn is spot on with their cider and bakery. The kitchen is well stocked and the master bed is comfortable.The jacuzzi was functional, but i don't think it actually got to the displayed temp of 105\. It was warm even first arriving but not hot. The jets are not very powerful. The pull out couch bed is also functional.The only negative was the lights in the bear display. The renters should have access to turn the lights off as it disrupts the couch bed sleepers. Finding the property and getting inside was seamless. Figuring out the WiFi wasn’t hard and even with emailing the customer service they replied very quickly. The cabin was clean, the sheets could’ve received more love but we slept on top of them. We washed the throw blanket and purchased another. The hot tub was phenomenal very clean and easy to adjust. We just needed a quiet getaway and we picked the perfect place. Great views and the cabin was great. Super clean and the right size for us. I would highly recommend this property ARC ##### Anita C. The bed had as much ground clearance as my jeep. You had to climb up into it. Was too high for an average size heighth person to comfortably sit on to change clothes in the bedroom. There needs to be a chair for you to sit in so that you can change clothes and put on your shoes. Hot tub needs to be updated. The lights do not work in it and the control pad is hard to read and is destroyed. The hot tub also needs a atep to step over into it. Difficult to get in and out of for my short wife. ##### Bruce W.
