New Floors, new wood ceilings and all new furniture. Wonderful mountain views from the balcony and the condo is top floor of building and in a corner unit with great view of the pool down below. NEW Mattress and Box Springs on the king size bed in the bedroom and new real leather sofa in living room. We walked over and ate at Smoky Mountain Brewery (our longtime favorite), Crockett’s Breakfast Camp, and Cumberland Jack’s LeConte Kitchen and then spent some time people watching. A 5 minute walk to the Convention Center! Communication with the host is prompt and friendly. It was nicely updated. The listing pictures are a little deceiving, as it’s much smaller than it looks. They’ve done their best to add many mirrors and lots of lighting to help it seem bigger. Although smaller furniture would also help. I gave 4 stars for cleanliness because when we went to use the toaster oven, it obviously hadn’t been cleaned, or even dusted off for quite some time.
