It's a short walk to Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies and the Mountain Mall. The complex has a heated seasonal outdoor pool with hot tub. It also offers free wireless internet. This unit is a two bedroom with a queen bed in each bedroom. It also has a queen size sofa bed in the living room. There were several issues that need attention. 1) Rug in main living area was very dirty, 2)potato chips from previous tenant were scattered around the living area, 3)drink cans from previous tenant were left on the balcony area. 4) We were never able to exchange dirty towels for clean towels (there were never any available per the office manager) until our last night and even then, we were only given “kitchen size towels” and “kitchen dish cloths” instead of bath wash cloths due to the fact that is all that was available.
