Steep driveway a challenge to walk up and down. We have stayed at Summit Manor condos many times over the years. This is the first year the outside elevator (which takes you down to street level), wasn’t working. But, the owner let us know that going in. Hopefully it will be repaired soon. We love staying here for comfort, cleanliness, privacy, and location. However, the elevator to street level is out of order and created an extreme hazard for walking to and from the condo. Even without a stroller and young children, the hill is just too steep and narrow to navigate safely on foot. We found ourselves changing our plans to account for going up and down that hill. The street level elevator is not owned by the Summit Manor condo, so repair is out of their control; this is a shame because the property is otherwise perfect. ##### Mallory E.
