Located off of Traffic Light 6 on Baskins Creek Rd. Approx a 7 to 10 minute walk from the front door to the main strip, that is what truly makes this location so special! This spacious town home features 3 bedrooms (1 king & 2 queen beds) and 3 full bathrooms with additional sleeping on queen size sleeper sofa. There is an open deck and covered balcony. Located just off the main strip within walking distance (about 1/3 mile) and minutes walk to the pool and a trolley stop. The kitchen appliances are all full sized and include a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave & coffeemaker. There is a washer and dryer for your convenience as well. Wireless internet is provided! Access code located in master bedroom on the device. Being right in the heart of it all, you are a quick drive to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. This world renowned park offers: Scenic Drives, Waterfalls, Wildlife Nature Hiking, Picnicking and Horseback Riding to name a few. It was just a short walk to shops, restaurants, etc. which we liked. If you have any mobility problems you may not want the upstairs bedroom. The stairs could be challenging. The floors/spiral stairs were a little dirty. And, I would reccommend some light blocking curtains in the main bedroom. The security light from the property behind are very bright all night long. We did have an issue with fruit flies which was upsetting. There were no bedside lamps in any of the 3 bedrooms. The sheets on the beds didn't seem to be very clean. There were black specks on all of them. On the upside, the bathrooms were very clean and the condo was in a safe location.
