The Space: Experience all that tiny living has to offer in this modern Smoky Mountain cabin—perfect for a relaxing retreat or outdoor adventure. You'll also be free to explore the beautiful 15-acre property, which features two creeks, a 1.5-acre catch-and-release fishing pond (no swimming), creekside cascade and cabanas with direct creek access to tube and dip in, scenic walking paths, and stunning natural views. Please note that trailers and RVs are not permitted on the property. Hot Tub Boat Rentals Enhance your stay with a unique experience in our wood-fired hot tub boats, available for rent. Each boat accommodates up to 6 guests and is available on Saturdays and select weekdays from 6 to 8 p.m. Availability is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. The Neighborhood: Creekside Hideaway is a private tiny home community nestled on a scenic 15-acre property with peaceful walking paths and a charming footbridge. The 1.5-acre fishing pond is just a short walk across the property—please note it's not accessible by vehicle. Refer to the map for walking directions. We border the Smoky Mountain National Park, offering quick access to hiking trails and outdoor adventures. We're also next to Bent Creek Golf Course and just a 15-minute drive from downtown Gatlinburg, where you'll find shopping, dining, and countless local attractions. Getting Around: Guests can drive onto the property; please observe the 10 mph speed limit for everyone's safety. We’re ideally located: • Just 15 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg • 30 minutes from Pigeon Forge and its many attractions • Adjacent to the Smoky Mountain National Park for hiking and nature adventures • Next to Bent Creek Golf Course for scenic rounds of golf The pond and creeks are walking access only. Please refer to the map for directions to these areas on the property. Other Things to Note: • Cancellation Policy: We have a strict cancellation policy. Please double-check your travel dates before confirming your reservation. • Pets: No pets are allowed in this unit. However, we do offer a few pet-friendly tiny homes for an additional fee—reach out for availability. Unauthorized pets will result in a minimum $150 fee. • Early Check-In: Available for $35, allowing access as early as 2:00 PM. You may request this after your reservation is confirmed. • Firewood & Supplies: Firewood, charcoal, and lighter fluid are available for purchase at the Creekside Shed. Refer to the house manual for instructions upon arrival. • Trailers: No trailers are permitted on the property. A minimum $150 fee will be charged if a trailer is brought on-site. • Security: Each cabin is equipped with a Ring doorbell camera at the front entrance for your safety and support. • Amenities: We provide starter essentials upon arrival. We were able to get a much better night's sleep in this quiet spot where there are no doors slamming shut and chatter as people walk by like in a hotel room. We enjoyed fishing on the property, and got bait from Green's store, a quaint little spot. Lots of local dining options in the area as well. The house was clean, beautiful, and so comfortable.
