Yes, cabin has a fully stocked kitchen with everything we could think of! The kitchen features a full-size refrigerator and freezer, microwave, stove, and oven. There is also a Combo Keurig machine with a coffee pot combo. Are sheets and towels provided? Yes, sheets are provided on every bed. Towels are provided according to cabin capacity, and hand towels and washcloths are provided in each bathroom as well. As it is customary in the area, you are welcome to bring additional towels or beach towels for the hot tub, as we provide shower towels according to the maximum number of guests. Are pets allowed? No, pets of any kind are not allowed in the cabin at any time. We love and have pets; however, we do prefer to keep this cabin hypoallergenic for other guests, therefore no pets are allowed. If this house rule is violated, an additional $600 fee for cleaning services would be required. Are toilet paper and other toiletries provided? 2 courtesy rolls of toilet paper are provided per bathroom as well as bars of hand soap, lotion, and Shampoo/Conditioner. Are there TVs and cable? Yes, each bedroom as well as the living room and recreation room features an 80” HD smart TV. Each TV will come equipped with YouTube for access to live cable channels. Additionally, each TV has Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, and many more of your favorite streaming apps that you are able to log in to with your own credentials at your convenience. Does the cabin have any games or activities? The cabin features a full-size pool table and other games in addition to the movie theater. Some board games and playing cards are provided as well. Additionally, 70" TV. There is also a jacuzzi on the bottom deck overlooking the mountains and/or city lights. So you have a view day and night. What are the roads like to get to the cabin? It is very easy to get to the cabin as the roads are wide, paved and city-maintained. It’s the mountains, so you will find curvy roads to get to any cabin. For any cabin located up in Gatlinburg, we recommend a 4WD vehicle in the winter months. Is there parking? There is a paved, FLAT driveway, as per the pictures. Most sought after in Gatlinburg! Are there bears? Yes! We have bears roaming around the area and see them often. While they generally do not interact with humans, please use extreme caution if you see a bear and please do NOT feed them. Lock your cars! They will open the cars make damage. Is the cabin close to nearby attractions? Yes! The cabin overlooks the city lights of downtown Gatlinburg, and you will be less than a 10-minute drive down to the action. The cabin is also just minutes from the Smoky Mountain National Park, It is also less than a 5-minute drive to the Ober ski resort. Is smoking permitted? No smoking is allowed inside the cabin or on its decks/premises. A $400 fine will be charged. Rental Agreement and Policies: The guest is responsible for reading and reviewing the Rental Agreement. Booking this property will be considered acknowledgment and acceptance of the rules and regulations outlined in the Rental Agreement. Additionally, the rental agreement must be signed by the primary renter and a photo ID must be provided to the host. Direct bookings are available for less. Others: Please note that due to Gatlinburg fire department new regulations, we were required to disable the balcony fire pit, but we do have a fire pit in property for your enjoyment. We have created a very safe cabin environment, yet bears are climbing creatures and we ask guests to be mindful of this and ensure you use the latches to secure the hot tub cover. Also be aware that they have a very sharp sense of smell and in any cabin, they will come after the smell of food or food left outside. Séjour de 6 nuits en décembre 2025 ### 2/10 – Terrible #### A&S Contracting l. 27 déc. 2025 When we arrived the lights were off on the porch and in 1/2 the living area. The hot tub was left wide open and was at 53 degrees with leaves all in it. Several doors inside were broken and not operational. Contacted the host. After not hearing from the host that night I was able to get the lighting working by locating thrown breakers in the panel. It was very un safe for my pregnant wife to be walking up and down a dark stair case. The next day the host responded and they say they sent someone to repair the hot tub but it was never repaired. It stayed super cold our entire stay. The hot tub was a major reason as to why we decided to stay in this cabin. We use it every afternoon in our vacations to gatkinburg. I was very understanding with the host that things break and gave ample time to get it repaired and usable. When we left the hot tub was still not to operating temp. We went home that day and the next morning I reached out to the host regarding the amenities that we paid for and was not able to use. She declined any refund of any sort and pretty much could care less that we had to spend extra money out entertaining the family on the town due to the hot tub not being usable for our stay. Vrob even contacted the host and she refused a refund. We seen more bears at our cabin from the balcony than any other place in Gatlinburg! My kids loved watching the Ober Gatlinburg tram pass right in front of the cabin.Host was quick to respond with any questions or needs we had before and during our stay. Very nice place, we loved it! The view is spectacular and we were so close to the Ober sky tram that you could talk to the people on it! But, the tram is quiet. Its very quiet and peaceful. Drive up the mountain is very easy. Layout of house is great! Lots of entertainment in the game/movie room. Yes, we saw Bears and on the property but no worries. It was quiet and secluded with a great view from the top floor. We saw several bears in the area including a mama bear with 3 cubs. My only suggestion would be to get blackout/room darkening shades for the bedrooms especially the master. The sun comes up and shines directly through them at 6am and fully lighting up the room. Everything went smoothly and the property was perfect! Communication was wonderful and prompt when needed! Gorgeous views and we enjoyed it. My grand children loved the basketball game and air hockey on the bottom floor! Hot tub was relaxing! Absolutely no complaints, just 1 suggestion to have a blind in the room with the 4 bunk beds. There is no cabin out that side but I know my family would of liked a blind on the window. Not a deal breaker by no means. Fireplaces were amazing. Top master bedroom runs warmer but comfortable. Bears met us on the first day and at checkout at 3 AM when we left for home also. Big Mama and her 3 larger cubs. When they say 4 wheel recommend they mean it. We have one and used it but the roads were wet when we arrived and I could see where it may be an issue if you didn’t have it. Beautiful area and we have stayed in this area several times and this place has amazing views! Felt like home even if it were only a few days! Tons of soft comfy throw blankets and every comfort of home. Highly recommend and would return if available when needed! ##### Angie E. Best Cabin in Gatlinburg 😊 We come to the area often and were simply glad to have found this jewel. Extremely clean and comfortable with beautiful views. I was skeptical about booking when I read something about the HVAC, but there are 2 units in the home and temperature was not a problem at all. VERY comfortable beds for a restful sleep. Well equipped kitchen and a lot of attention to detail towards guest comfortable stay (throws, pillows, coffee maker upstairs, etc); and towards guest safety (Outdoor security cámara, bear barrier at lower level balcony for safe bear sightings). The views were spectacular and the cabin smelled brand new! Everything was clean and just as listed in the pictures online! We had a couple bear sightings while on our trip which was so exciting to see from our balcony. This cabin is in a perfect location to where you still feel like you’re in a quiet part of nature but yet you’re not too far from all the places we wanted to explore in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.
