We had 22 family members come and it was a great set up!!! So many bathrooms was a great perk!!!! The views were amazing and the location enabled us to feel tucked away but also get to town to do things easily! The kids would’ve been happy to spend the whole time in the basement between the games, theater room, and hot tubs!! Would definitely recommend! ##### Kirby D. We have all ages and there is something for everyone! Pool table , theater room, game room, 2 hot tubs, plenty of space for moms with babies, family gatherings. There was plenty of room for all of us. The view was beautiful in the morning and there were plenty inmates to sit and relax. The basement had pool, air hockey, foosball and more to keep us busy. The size of the home was perfect for the many generations of family present. The first floor bedroom and the baby crib were the extra touches we needed! Nights out at the fire pit were so much fun. The game room and hot tubs were a hit. The house was beautiful with amazing views. We even had a visit from a pair of bears. Spacious rooms and kitchen with a nice outdoor patio. It was great for our group of 3 families. Prompt communication from Lisa, property manager. Would recommend a deep clean of the house or house shoes (floor turned bottoms of socks black). Also be prepared to bring essentials- trash bags, toilet paper and dish soap, coffee, spices (we had to buy all of them). Walmart does deliver to this property which was a win because local grocery stores charge more for their products.Overall a great place to stay with Gatlinburg just a 15 min drive down the mountain. ##### chandra l. Everyone had their own bedroom and private bathroom. The games downstairs provided great fun for our 3, 8 and 11-year-old grandchildren. Lots of visits from bears. We were not comfortable eating outdoors for dinner as they seemed to show up at that time. We loved seeing them though. It seemed it was made for our group specifically with a bedroom on the main level along with the kitchen and patio area for our elderly mother that can’t do stairs, the bunk beds in two rooms for our daughters and their children, and the wonderful outdoor area with the fire pit, tv and playground. As we arrived we found that a bear(s) had unfortunately torn one of the hot tub covers off and ripped it to shreds. I contacted the owner and she was extremely nice and sent someone to clean it up.
