What Linens are included? – We provide linens for beds, bath towels, and wash cloths. 2\. What household supplies are provided? – We get you started with 1 roll of paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, mini dish detergent, dishwasher pods, 1 laundry detergent pod, kitchen trash bags, and travel/hotel size shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and lotion. 3\. What does the kitchen include? –The kitchen is stocked with everything you would expect in a normal kitchen plus a griddle, blender, toaster, waffle iron, slow cooker, various size pots & pans, wine glasses, a Keurig, and a regular coffee pot. 4\. Do you provide any baby items? – Yes! We provide a high chair, pack n’ play, and baby gates where stairs apply. 5\. Do you provide a grill? – Yes! And it is propane. 6\. Do you provide fire wood? – No need, all of our fireplaces are gas or electric. 7\. Do you allow pets? – No. Under no circumstances do we allow pets. 8\. Is the hot tub cleaned after every stay? – Yes! Our hot tub is drained, cleaned, and refilled for every stay. 9\. Is there a community club house and pool area? – Yes, in Chalet Village, we have 3 community pools and clubhouses. The pools are open from Memorial Day Weekend in May through Labor Day Weekend in September. 10\. Is the price flexible? - We do NOT offer discounts, nor do we eliminate or reduce any of the fees. However, stays of 7 nights or longer have an automatic discount built in of 10%. 11\. When is the second payment due? – 30 Days prior to your stay. 12\. When will I get the address and cabin access info? - Address, door code, and driving directions will be sent in a separate email after your final payment is made. 13\. What time is check-in and check-out? – You may check in any time after 4pm and you must checkout prior to 10am on the day of your departure. 14\. How do cancellations work? - Cancellations or shortened stays that are made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date will be fully refunded. Cancellations or changes that are made within 60 days of the arrival date are non-refundable. 15\. Do you provide travel insurance? - If cancellation is a concern, we do recommend the purchase of Cancellation Protection from Generali Travel Insurance (formally CSA). This does not go through us. 16\. Can I cancel if the weather is bad? – Cancellations due to weather will not be refunded. 17\. How is the drive up to the cabin? – It is a 7 minute (2 mile) drive up the mountain. The roads are well maintained and paved. However, there are some steeper parts that are "scary" for some people. The driveway is paved and flat. 18\. Do I need 4-wheel drive? – Only if snow or ice conditions are present. It’s basically a rule of thumb for all mountain roads in this area, that if ice or snow conditions are present, you should have 4-wheel drive or snow chains. 19\. Is this cabin secluded? –This cabin is perched at the top of a hill overlooking the mountains. However you can see other cabins from the decks & there are direct neighbors on both sides. 20\. Was this area affected by the 2016 wildfires? – Yes. You may see evidence of trees and properties that were affected by the fires and possibly hear construction noise from other cabins being built. The photos we have displayed are current and the views are absolutely spectacular! 21\. Where can I book? - We only accept bookings and payments on Vrbo and our "Heaven's Cabins" website. 22\. What TV package / channels do you provide? – We provide the highest package that our cable provider has. This includes premium movie channels and sports channels, including HBO, Cinemax, Showtime, TMC, Starz, Starz Encore, NFL Redzone, and all the sports Networks. 23\. What type of internet to you provide? – We provide unlimited cable internet with Wi-Fi. 24\. Do you ever reduce the stated prices – On occasion, if upcoming unsold dates remain, we may reduce prices for those unsold dates. That will already be reflected in the pricing that you see here. 25\. First and foremost, the view is unmatched. For that alone the house is worth it. We enjoyed all of the amenities the house has to offer including the hot tub, and fully stocked game room- perfect for all ages. We took advantage of one of the community pools and it was convenient and easy to access. Be aware that the drive up to the cabin might be a little bit unnerving the first time if you aren’t used to winding, mountain roads. They are easy to get used to, though! The view was AMAZING! My teenage children had a great time in the game room. They even ignored their phones for a bit and hung out around the fire. The house is perfect. You can lounge on either of the two decks, play shuffleboard, pool, arcade games or a round of poker. The mgmt staff are very responsive and make sure everything is taken care of. You will most likely have bear visitors during your stay,late evening around dusk. Plenty of space and activities for each person to do their own thing. We enjoyed our family game nights and sitting around the fire pit. During our downtime, we relaxed and took in the gorgeous view. The five bedrooms were beautifully decorated and clean. I can’t say enough about how well-maintained the property was. Communication with the owner was also excellent. The ride up the mountain is a little steep, but nothing too scary. The location was only a few minutes from the main part of the city. Beautiful cabin with the best view possible! It was clean and well stocked. Although we had a few problems with the cabin. The doors didn’t shut or stay shut, the tvs would turn on or shut off, the garbage disposal didn’t work and none of the sinks would drain. Not huge problems and can easily be fixed! The set-up with 5 bedrooms with King size beds was wonderful. The basement with a pool table, poker table, shuffle board, video game center and theatre provided hours of fun. We also enjoyed the Christmas decorations . Unfortunately, we experienced problems with the oven that burned our food. A repairman was sent very quickly but problem required a part be ordered and so was not fixed during our stay. On the morning we checked out, the dishwasher quit so another small inconvenience. Due to the high winds that occurred during our stay, sleeping in the bedrooms with sliding doors (3 of 5) was very difficult. The wind whistling in around the doors was extremely loud. Not sure if they can be sealed to prevent this?? ##### Pam C. Just as described it had great amenities but the view was the highlight. The 2 levels of decks gave options even when the weather was not agreeable. My adult children with significant others, my husband and I spent a four day weekend there. The cabin was great with five king bedrooms and four full baths. We lived the theater room and the game room. The decks were comfortable. Saw several bears on the property over our stay, including one at the tail gate of our truck while we were loading to leave. A hawk landed on the upper deck and stayed for over fifteen minutes. The only issue we had was the temperature of the cabin. It was 95 degrees in Gatlinburg on our arrival day and the cabin would not cool adequately. The company sent an HVAC tech to check, but nothing could be done to improve the cabin temperature. It took over 24 hours to be totally comfortable. If the weather is mild, this cabin is great. ##### Mike C. Greeted by a mama bear and her 2 cubs below the patio at check-in!! We grilled and had 4 incredible meals at the outdoor table. Played tons of games as a family and enjoyed all the space and options the house provided kids age 1-10 all had a great time as well as the 6 adults!
