Fishing enthusiasts can enjoy the "trout stocked" stream located just minutes away. Nice floor plan and a well appointed kitchen. The furnishings throughout are top shelf - comfortable living room furniture and beds. The two balconies, one off of the living room and the other off the bedroom, just top off this beautiful unit - very comfortable deck furniture. The challenge is that it’s on a hill with the middle units in need of repair and needing remodeled and limited amenities. We loved the Christmas quilts on the bed. All The beds were comfortable and everything looked new. The condo even has a washer and dryer. My family loved the condo. We walked everywhere. It was so close and convenient to everything. The only time we got in our car was to drive ot Pigeon Forge and Cades Cove. We told all of our friends and shared pictures of the condo. A turn key experience to get right into the swing of things. This condo had everything you could want. I cannot speak enough about the cleanliness of this property, even the exterior. Just perfect for my family of four. We spent more time downtown than ever and didn’t even have to drive. (Which is huge when you cannot find a parking spot for anything). Super convenient and fairly priced. Don’t waste your time driving all over the mountain to get to the highest view possible, when what you really need is to be able to make a late night run to Walgreens for things you forgot.
