The photos showed a cute styled cabin but many of those items were not in the unit when we arrived. There was plenty of room. The kids made great use of the pool table. The kids enjoyed the lower level. All of the beds were very comfortable. The location is great. It has great access to downtown and the park entrances. It took minutes to get to downtown. It is great because it has great access to River Road so you can bypass the hustle and hustle of Parkway. We used two of the pools that you have access to. They are minutes away and not hard to find. The kids loved the pools. The cabin has everything you need. Plenty of towels and the kitchen has all the cooking tools you need. The hot tub was clean and heated up fast when we would turn it up a couple of degrees. It’s just a few minutes from Gatlinburg, a moderately easy drive, and had everything we needed for a wonderful few days. The cabin was beautiful and easy to find. My suggestion would be to grab food immediately! Other than that we couldn't have had a better time. We spent most of our time sight seeing and just enjoying our family vacation. There was 9 of us and it was plenty of room. The deck was enjoyable to sit on in the evening waiting for bears to show up. We saw lots of bears. Make sure to keep your vehicle doors locked because they know how to open car doors. The hot tub was so relaxing and perfect to relax and unwind. The beds were super comfy. I also was very impressed that there was a crock pot there to use and lots of kitchen utensils if your staying in to eat. The chalet club amenities were perfect as well. Great location with a lot bears. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star rating for cleanliness is because the loft area master bedroom bed sheets had hair everywhere. We changed the sheets out with some clean ones from the closet. ##### David W.
