The major problem we had was the HVAC system. Thermostats were all set at 69 deg heat. Third floor was 79, second floor was 75 and first floor was 69\. Bath on second floor was like a sauna because vent was running off of first floor thermostat which the heat was running most of the time. Solution was to turn heat off on 2nd & 3rd floor. ##### Harley A.
