There are not any direct neighbors, but a road that does stay busy. The decor on the inside is truly a work of art! Antique-themed and truly rustic. There is a bit of a ladybug concern in the bathroom panels, as there was a considerable amount along the ceiling and walls. We are conditioned to ladybugs since we live in GA and understand they roam in large clusters, but some may not understand. I do love the location with a bonus coffee/ice cream shop right in front of the property. We lost power one night due to a terrible storm but it was restored in a few hours. When the wind picked up during the storm, there was a terrible sulfur smell coming from the bathroom. When I informed the property manager, their only suggestion was to open a window. Price was reasonable for the amenities. We loved the hot tub and the portable fire pit. Kitchen utensils are very limited so bring your own. Overall a good experience. ##### Shelby G. House was clean when we arrived and super easy to find. Unfortunately, the bathroom had an odd smell upon arriving that day and we could not get rid of so we left the door closed. Also, our water stopped working halfway through the trip and immediately someone came and informed us that we could use the cabin behind us to shower… As the day went on, no one checked in on us, or to see if water was running. We were not able to go to the restroom, and every time we had to go, we had to drive 10 to 15 minutes away. Truthfully, the location of the house was a perfect stay, but it was just an inconvenience to us as renters that we had to figure it out on our own. ##### tori b. We couldn’t use the bathroom, shower, cook breakfast, or brush our teeth! We had 3 young children with us so this made things extremely difficult. Luckily we had plenty of bottled water. When we contacted the 3 party company that rented us this cabin, they informed us that the owner does all the repairs on the property. Well, he couldn’t fix it and we had to move cabins. The barn is super cute style wise, and a fun experience for the kids. Hot tub was nice. The bedrooms are small and had ZERO storage for clothes.Also, the loft above the kitchen is a bit dangerous. The property was very pretty and the decor was absolutely gorgeous and fitting. The bedrooms could have used more lighting, specifically the later it got we had to use our cell phone lights a lot to look in our suit cases. Overall it was clean, there was a few spider webs inside the house within my babies reach. We contacted the property manager, but there was a multitude of yellow jackets outside in the walls that were getting inside as well. We gathered over 30 off the floor during our stay which can be highly dangerous. The property manager said they would notify maintenance of the issue. Other than that everything was wonderful. The dead bolt lock did not work on the door. The hot tub area was not very well maintained. I could keep going but won’t. The bedrooms are a little small but let’s be real unless you booked this place to stay at the house all weekend the room size dosnt matter cause you’re out in Gatlinburg or pigeon forge all day. ##### Morgan B.
