Our beautiful roomy 3 bedroom, 3 bath cabin is just 3 miles from downtown Gatlinburg and 10 miles from Pigeon Forge and Dollywood theme park. This newly built cabin is not a resort cabin--it is on it's own quiet piece of land and has a ton of flat parking! Hidden right off of Ski Mountain road it has a peaceful space around it that is an unusual find just 10 mins to downtown Gatlinburg!
On the first level is our spacious eat-in kitchen with a dining table for 6 and equipped with everything you need to cook your own meals at the cabin! The living room has Charter WiFi and YouTubeTV/smart TV and an electric fireplace! The master suite has a comfy new King log bed, beautiful decor and a recliner to relax in and a full bath. Right upstairs you have 2 more king bedrooms each with attached with full bathrooms including a walk-in shower in one plus an amazing game room with a full sized air hockey table and foosball table as well as a 2 player multicade arcade game for hours of fun! There is also a smart TV in each room and extra sleeping space with 2 queen sofa beds and a full sized futon next to the king bed in one upstairs bedroom. Safe for little ones because it is out of the traffic and great for older folks since it has a flat entrance and a full king suite and living area on the main level! One king bedroom is on the main level with the open concept kitchen/living/ dining area, which includes a sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with dishes and utensils, pots and pans, small appliances such as a crock pot, blender, toaster, regular and k-cup compatible coffee maker and an oven, fridge and dishwasher as well as a washer and dryer. We've decorated the cabin with a vintage Great Smoky Mountains National Park theme. Bears are in the area, so you may spot one or two! Imagine your Smoky Mountain vacation here, economical and spacious, super clean and brand new everything!! Privacy and convenience is here!

Great getaway while picking up the grandkids for the summer.

5 great nights in an awesome cabin in the Smokies! Everything was just as pictured. Plenty enough room for 4 adults, 2 kids, and pet friendly for 3 dogs. The hot tub was great, but the swim spa was AWESOME! We used the bbq grill and the fire pit was great for smores. We saw bears 3 times. First time was a mile or so from the cabin. The second time, there was a young bear on the front porch. The 3rd time, a big bear was taking a stroll down the street in front of the cabin. Hoping this will be a yearly trip and stay at your cabin to pick up our grandkids! Loved our stay!!

The pictures of this cabin do not give it justice. The cabin was BEAUTIFUL and tastefully decorated. The entire process with communication was super easy, zero issues with anything. My girlfriends and I had a blast. We saw a bear and bobcat during our stay, it was phenomenal.
Bear day 1 - he was just moseying his way to his den. No interaction, we just watched.
Bobcat day 3 - no interaction with this kitty kitty, she just kept walking down the road.

Very Family Friendly

Tucked away in the mountain, this little cabin is private and fun. With two 5 year olds and in-laws, the games and swimspa were a huge hit. We loved being able to grill hotdogs out front, too. I also liked being able to log into streaming services late at night to unwind- and the beds were comfy. When we weren’t living it up in Gatlinburg, I enjoyed taking short walks and exploring the area (be careful though, the road is narrow and windy since it’s up a mountain). The wildlife is incredible, we saw a bear up close as well as a bobcat. There’s no view since it’s so tucked away- but the drive up gave a great Smokey mountain experience.

Lovely cabin, great for families!

The cabin is so cozy and fitting for the Smokey Mountain setting. Very clean and well maintained. Check in and out is a breeze and the owner was very communicative throughout our stay. The cabin has everything you need to cook meals. It was so nice to relax with the family and feel like you are away from it all. Our kids loved the game room and having the upstairs all to themselves. We all enjoyed the swim spa and hot tub. We would definitely recommend to others and will be staying here again in the future!

Beautiful cabin

The cabin is beautiful and there is plenty of room. Over all we had a nice, relaxing family trip. We were disappointed to learn the day before our stay that the spa pool wasn’t in operation. On arrival the pool was covered with a bungie type cord running across it. There were storms the first night and we woke to the covers from the pool having blown into my daughter’s brand new car causing damage. The owner said that they were not responsible because it was from the wind but the cover doesn’t clip to the pool which seems dangerous for many reasons. Shortly after telling us they weren’t responsible a maintenance man showed up and covered the pool and then added an additional cover that strapped over the covers. Just be cautious of where you park to avoid damage to your vehicles.

Perfect Getaway

Great place to stay. The house/cabin was perfect for us. The only thing that could've made it better was that the bigger hot tub/swim spa wasn't working. Which I'm sure it'll be working for the next guest. Luckily, they had another smaller hot tub that we were able to squeeze in to. But other than I'd highly recommend.

Quick family ski trip get away

Never have been before to Mt . Ober. Decided to have a quick weekend (Friday afternoon check-in/Sunday morning check-out) away from the burbs of Atlanta with our 2 young kids (9yr and 8yr boys). House was perfect. We chose to have the boys' rooms upstairs with all the games. Each room has their own full bathroom (and tv which was a special treat) that was great. It just happened to call for snow in GA on Friday and we were able to get in a day early on Thursday!! Even better! Rental company was super responsive with all of my emails. I had a mini-panic attack when an operator at the tram up to skiing said we would not be able to get back to our house due to the snow and the hills. The rental Company answered my "what if we cancelled and left tonight" email very fast (fyi if you have 4wheel drive, you will be fine). We also purchased the travel insurance which we may have used if it had turned into a blizzard (it didn't). Even if we were stuck in the house for the day, there were enough games and the hot tubs (yes, there are 2!) to keep us entertained. FYI- We were maybe 5 minutes from skiing. If you bring your own ski equipment, highly recommend paying the 40 for preferred parking vs tram. You will be about 10 feet from the front door if you get a spot in the front. Totally worth it. Also, shout out to The All-New Ski Mountain Pizza (also about 5 mins away). Little pricey but the pizza was good and they were open at 9:30pm on a Thursday! Overall, great time.

Great Cabin nestled in the mountains

We really love this cabin! Extremely clean and the games on the second floor were an awesome amenity. Our only complaint was the Wi-Fi kept kicking us off even when we tried to watch a movie it would buffer several times. Also, we had all young women and there wasn’t a full length mirror for them to check their outfits. Other than that, I will definitely book again because it was in a great location!

This property wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. Upon entry, there was dust accumulated on all the blinds. One of their pipes busted or was “loose” on the second night of our stay, which caused an excess of flooding through the ceiling. They had to send someone out to fix it. We had a group of friends and family over, on day 5 of our stay and we were charged an extra $50. We’ve stayed at several other rentals, much nicer than this and never had any issues or surcharges.

Very clean, and comfortable. The game room was fantastic and really entertained the young kids! Pool and spa were nice additions. Short trip down the mountain to Gatlinburg! Bring your bear spray as we had several visitors while we were there, nothing major but it was exciting to see them so close up!

Our stay was very nice and we saw bears everyday! The cabin was clean and nicely furnished. There were some kitchen pans that we were able to use to make dinner so we didn’t have to eat out every meal. My 4 year old loved the game room upstairs.

Wonderful Cabin

My sister, brother in law, mom and dad stayed with me. My mom and dad had never stayed in a VRBO before and this was a fantastic first time for them. The cabin was amazing. Everything was in great condition and very clean and neat. It was vey cozy and homey. We had two vehicles and there was plenty of room in the drive. The manager was very nice and helpful. Would stay again.
