Although there are 3 other cabins next to it, it's private for the most part. View from balcony is decent. Some limbs could be trimmed to reveal more of the mountains in the distance. The hot tub and jacuzzi tub were excellent. Room was cozy and provided us with peace and quiet. Was nice to be in the arts district close to restaurants, gas stations, and downtown Gatlinburg (15 minute drive). Would definitely recommend to others. ##### David M.
