High chairs & pack-n-play travel crib are available (must be requested at time of booking, BYOB sheets and pillow for pack n play) • Guests will be provided with starting amounts of coffee, toilet paper, soap (travel size), paper towels, a garbage bag, dish soap and a dishwasher pod. Guests will be responsible for providing their own after the initial amounts are gone. • Please note that this property has a propane tank for the grill, but we do not refill/replace empty containers, nor do we reimburse for refills. There may be enough propane for your use from the previous guests, but if not, empty containers can be exchanged at gas stations, grocery stores, etc. • You are very likely to see bears on the property and possibly other wildlife. We are on a program to prevent critters. However as this is a cabin in the woods/mountains, it’s not possible to keep 100% of the critters out all of the time. Keep doors/windows closed and locked to prevent insects/ wildlife from getting in. Any damages incurred to the property if doors/ windows were left open will be charged. SECURITY CAMERA: There are external security cameras facing the driveway and entrances only. If you touch or tamper with the cameras, you will be asked to leave the property immediately. We had an amazing time! the space was ideal for everyone to be comfortable and together, and the view was absolutely beautiful. Mitch was outstanding, his responsiveness was incredible. Anytime we needed something, he replied within minutes. He even made sure a roaster was ready for us so we could make our Thanksgiving dinner, which was such a thoughtful touch. The most exciting thing was when a momma bear and her three cubs walked around our chalet and down the street and climbed into the back of a guys pickup truck. Don't think they won't. The chalet was roomy, comfortable, hot tub nice, just like being at home. Only minor issue was only two kitchen towels, one dishcloth and one pot holder, not enough. This was the most amazing experience across the board. The cabin was in a prime location with an amazing view of the smoky mountains. The host was very responsive and answered any questions I had. The host had YouTube videos on how to use anything on the property, which was very helpful. He was like talking to an old friend. If you want to get away to a majestic place but still feel the comforts of your home…this cabin is the one for you. Cheers! ##### Shawn D. The chalet was what we needed and spacious enough for our large group. The views were really nice. We did see some bears a few times. One was in a tree just above the deck! There are stairs to get into the chalet. The hot tub is a good size for four adults. The place was clean with a mountain theme decor. I would recommend this chalet. ##### Angelia W. The host was very responsive through VRBO. Check-in was easy. The A/C worked very well, which was great since it was a hot week during our visit. There are 3 different clubhouses for swimming, tennis, etc. One is relatively close. The other two are notably further and not particularly convenient to get to. Overall, really enjoyed this cabin. Kitchen was updated and all appliances looked newer and worked great. ##### Jason R. From the moment we checked in we felt "at home." The property was exceptionally clean and decorated very quaintly. Hot tub was awesome and a family favorite. Having access to the swimming pools, pickle ball courts, etc. was a significant bonus. An added surprise was its proximity (about two blocks) to Ober Mountain which had many great activities as well as a tram that went directly to Gatlinburg. House is great, we did not see in the description that the road leading to the chalet was narrow, steep, winding, switchbacks, no guard rails, . From the second, we unlocked the door to the second we left we enjoyed every second of the chalet. All the beds are really comfortable in the houses set up in such a way there’s plenty of spaces to move around and relax. We will definitely be staying in the future at this location.They mentioned packing extra blankets we did and check them on as a carry-on, but we didn’t need it. It was perfect for us - 3 couples and 3 children. The cabin has a bedroom and bath in 3 separate locations, each a private space, it really worked out great. Everything we needed was there - great cooking accessories, plenty of utensils and lots of matching dishes. This cabin is so beautifully color coordinated. The curtains, dishes, pillows - it all matches and is themed. You really feel like someone took a lot of care making this a perfect vacation spot. We loved it all. And bears! We have been to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg many times and this is the first time we have seen bears. They aren't kidding when they say read the instructions about the bears - we saw bears 7 or 8 times in 4 days. It was truly wonderful. The cabin is in a really wild area, even though it has a lot of cabins. The surrounding wilderness makes you feel like you are all alone, and evidently the bears agree! We saw them right in our driveway. The view from the deck can't be beat. We had a terrible storm one night and the electricity was knocked out. The owners were great about responding when I reported the outage, and I felt like someone was there 24 hours a day making sure we had what we needed and we weren't stranded. The electric came back on 4 or 5 hours later, and all was well. Great communication. All in all, one of our best ever VRBO stays. We'll be back! ##### Marsha H.
