The frying pans were old and one had a broken handle. There were no pans for the oven. Only a regular coffee pot was available. We could have used more towels, wash clothes and pillows. One of the electrical fire places did not work properly. We could not get the grill started. There were no steps to get into the hot tub. When we arrived the was one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. There were light fixtures hanging out of the ceiling. The cleaning could have been better. I will say that when I called aunt bugs cabin rentals and informed them about the pans they immediately brought some so we could cook in our cabin. Overall it was ok. I expected to have everything we needed as I have rented many cabins and condos and they always have more than enough to make our stay more enjoyable. ##### Celia F. I’ve never used VRBO and I don’t know if I will again. I had to send a photo of my credit card, me holding my ID and then a plain picture of my ID which is apparently common. The house was listed as 8 minutes from Gatlinburg and I’m sure we were but it was rough one lane roads in and out. Winter storm warning came so we left a day early. We come to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg every November but I don’t think we will be booking this home again due to location. Hot tub was nice but only got up to 98 degrees. Nice deck. ##### Chelsea D.
