Many owner photos and personal touches. It is convenient to the main road so can easily leave car parked in condo lot and walk to most Gatlinburg attractions. However, the entry driveway is very steep with a blind curve so less than ideal when walking, especially in the dark. It seems the elevator down to street level is out of order. We had a wonderful visit but do want to mention that the only pillows available are thick memory foam, not comfortable for me at all, but might be great for back sleepers. And, the tv and remote are not simple or intuitive. ##### Andrea G. It was very clean and cozy.The driveway to the complex is fairly steep, so it could be hazardous in icy weather. This place accommodated the four of us ladies perfectly! It was right in the center of downtown, where we could walk to everything, and we had great views of the mountains! We especially loved the decorated Christmas tree prelit for our arrival! It was the perfect place to exchange our Christmas gifts. The owners were great with easy to understand information regarding the reservation, check in/out information, and helpful tips such as the elevator to access for walking to downtown. The property is right on the parkway so that you can walk to everything which was great but it is up a very steep hill. So if your old and out of shape this is not the rental for you. 2\. We were there for 4 days with 4 people and was only provided 4 towels total (1 for each of us) for bathing. 3\. After the first night we couldn't use the jet tub in the master bath because it was leaking through to the condo below.
