There were several things that need attention. We booked especially for the backyard for the little one however the yard hadn’t been cleaned up and the fence was very old so we were unable to take advantage of that feature. The hot tub was leaking so it wasn’t full of water. There was water coming up out of the bedroom floor by kitchen. The WiFi never worked and the tv remotes in some of the rooms didn’t work. The carpet in the house needs cleaned the smell is unpleasant. The cleaners showed up in the driveway 10 minutes before check out time which made us feel rushed. Pros:Management was quick to respond to texts when we had issues and the location is great close enough to walk if you are younger and in shape not so much for older people because it’s a steep hill. ##### Andrea M. Dishes/utensils/glassware dirty and unwashed. Stained mattresses on the beds. Subpar cleaning prior to our check in. Dirty Q-tips and tissues in one bedroom.
